Water found during the first drilling at Rumah Kambera
Before beginning the main construction work, Rumah Kambera needed water on its own land. After two full days of drilling at the Kawangu site, the team found an underground water source. This was the first physical step towards developing the future socio-medical centre.
The source makes it possible to plan construction activities and essential daily use on the site. Water quality, distribution and the infrastructure needed for medical operations remain separate technical questions to address as the centre develops.
