The last stretch of perimeter wall is under way
On 3 October, work was under way on the last side of the Rumah Kambera perimeter wall in Kawangu. The team expected to complete the wall the following week. This was a progress report from before the boundary wall’s completion was confirmed on 14 October.
The following stage was to bring in and compact sirtu, a mixture of sand and stone or gravel, to improve the sloping northeast portion of the site. These works prepare the ground for the future clinical areas, pharmacy, laboratory, workshop and storage facilities.
