Building A: new technical coordination document published
Today, 23 October 2026, we published a new technical coordination document for Building A of the future Rumah Kambera socio-medical community centre in Kawangu, East Sumba.
This 18-page working document, revision 0.3, brings together 108 proposed electrical, lighting and water installation points, organised by room. It also covers plumbing and laboratory wastewater considerations, power priorities, connections to the planned solar and battery installation, technical-room options, and preliminary quantities for electrical and plumbing work.
The purpose is practical: our colleagues, architect, contractor and solar installer need a common document to review before installation work begins. A laboratory sink, a light, a power outlet or a water pipe must be in the right place for the people who will eventually use the building.
This is a preliminary coordination document, not an approved construction specification. Positions, circuits, water routes and solar interfaces still require technical review and on-site verification. The document also flags an unresolved difference in the solar supplier’s quotation that must be clarified.
